Tora Collective is a boutique seafood venture based on the rugged southern coast of the Wairarapa, New Zealand. Founded in 2019 by Troy Bramley and Claire Edwards, the couple operates a catch-to-order business that delivers live, wild-caught kaimoana (seafood) directly from the ocean to customers across Aotearoa. Their offerings include crayfish (kōura), pāua (abalone), and kina (sea urchin), all harvested sustainably and with minimal handling.
