A Lady Butcher is a boutique charcuterie business based in Mount Eden, Auckland, founded by Hannah Miller. Her journey into the world of charcuterie began with a butchery apprenticeship in London, which ignited a passion for sustainable, zero-waste eating. After gaining experience across six continents, she settled in New Zealand, where she noticed a gap in the market for locally produced charcuterie. Determined to fill this void, she started crafting her own charcuterie, leading to the establishment of A Lady Butcher.
